This unique and limited edition Pendleton Horse Tapestry Blanket is from the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute, celebrating the heritage and artistry of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.  The design features a stylized horse with geometric patterns, inspired by traditional Indigenous motifs. The blanket is a part of a series of six designs originally produced between 1915 and 1941 under the label Cayuse Indian Blankets, which Pendleton Woolen Mills reissued in limited editions for the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute.
