Description :

This CR Espana Terracotta Bowl is a stunning decorative art piece, blending Spanish ceramic tradition with symbolic artistry. The hand-painted phoenix motif and copper accents create a warm, rustic aesthetic, perfect for collectors, home décor enthusiasts, or Mediterranean-style interiors.

The bowl is likely of Spanish origin given the "CA espana" inscription which likely refers to "Cerámica de España" (Ceramics of Spain). The bowl features a central motif of a stylized bird, possibly a griffin or another mythical creature, surrounded by intricate floral and foliate patterns. The design is executed in a warm, earthy color palette, with the bird and patterns in a reddish-brown hue against a lighter beige background. This color scheme and the style of the artwork are characteristic of traditional Spanish ceramics. Ceramic dinnerware, like this bowl, is made from natural materials such as clay and minerals, making it a non-toxic and environmentally friendly option.

  • Spanish Terracotta Tradition – Spain has a rich history of hand-painted ceramics, often featuring floral, animal, and mythological motifs.
  • Phoenix Symbolism – The phoenix design represents rebirth, strength, and transformation, making this piece both decorative and meaningful.
  • Copper-Painted Accents – The metallic detailing adds depth and contrast, enhancing the artistic appeal.
  • Marking - CA Espana, 127C
