Description :

What an incredible local find! A vintage jacket from Quil Ceda Tanning in Marysville, WA is an absolute goldmine for Pacific Northwest collectors. That woven label is beautifully preserved, and the "half-belt" back design with side adjustment tabs gives it a highly desirable mid-century "sportswear" or motorcycle style silhouette.

An exceptional piece of vintage Pacific Northwest craftsmanship. This genuine custom-tanned leather jacket was handcrafted by the historic Quil Ceda Tanning Co. of Marysville, Washington. Made from a thick, heavy-duty hide, it features a beautiful honey-caramel tone with authentic, natural age-distressed character and a gorgeous broken-in patina.

The jacket is packed with premium vintage styling details, including a classic pointed collar, a smooth-glide YKK brass zipper front with a leather pull tab, and two deep front welt pockets. The back features a highly sought-after mid-century style half-belt waistband design with adjustable side buckles for a tailored fit. The interior is fully lined in a rich, golden-brown satin-finish fabric that remains remarkably intact. A truly unique piece of local Snohomish County apparel history!

No label determining size but is approx a mens size medium/slim. Thick leather, zip front, two front pockets, satin lined. Natural age distressed, genuine leather custom jacket.

Vintage, naturally distressed condition. The leather shows beautiful variations in shading, light scuffing, and minor wear at the cuffs and edges that highlight its authentic history. Lining is in good shape with no major tears or staining observed. Zipper and side buckles are fully functional.
