Description :
Honor military heritage with this exceptional United States Marine Corps commemorative display set, featuring a carved dark wood shield plaque paired with a magnificent etched broadsword. The 12" x 15" wooden wall plaque showcases a cast metal Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem mounted over a vibrant yellow velvet background, beautifully accented by a crown, decorative trim, and two crossed miniature daggers. Accompanied by a 34-inch double-edged Wilkinson Sword featuring a polished brass-tone hilt with a USMC crest, a wood-grain grip, and an intricately etched blade explicitly commemorating the 40th Anniversary of World War II (1941–1981) as the "United States Marine Corps Sword of Honor." The blade further details historic Pacific campaigns (such as Guadalcanal, Wake Island, Midway, Peleliu, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa), major Marine divisions, and the authentic royal warrant inscription "By Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Sword Cutlers, Wilkinson Sword, Made in England."
