Description :
A striking duo of framed global artworks—each rich in history, symbolism, and hand‑crafted detail. 1. Cleopatra on Papyrus (Signed Khedr) 2. “Tribal Warriors” Fabric Painting by Heidi Lange Together, these framed pieces create a compelling pairing—one rooted in ancient Egyptian iconography, the other in modern textile African tribal expression—perfect for eclectic interiors, world‑art collectors, or statement wall displays.
Cleopatra, often called The Last Pharaoh, is shown in regal profile wearing the traditional vulture headdress, a powerful emblem of protection and royal authority in ancient Egypt. The portrait is painted on authentic papyrus, created from layered Cyperus papyrus fibers harvested along the Nile. Presented in a gold gilt laminate frame measuring 21" x 25", this piece blends cultural heritage with timeless visual appeal.
A bold, expressive textile artwork by renowned artist Heidi Lange, celebrated for her dynamic portrayals of African and tribal theme. Executed in a black‑and‑white batik technique, the piece showcases rhythmic patterns, dramatic contrast, and hand‑worked texture that gives the composition depth and movement. Framed in gold metal with glass and measuring 21" x 30", it carries a rear artist tag confirming Lange’s authorship. A visually commanding work ideal for collectors of global, tribal, or textile‑based art.
